New Order - Order has been placed by the customer and payment received by 365ink. New Orders are sent to our warehouse almost immediately for picking, packing and dispatch.
Awaiting Payment - Indicates that an order has been placed and that we are Awaiting Payment. This usually applies to orders to be paid for by cheque or postal order.
Dispatched - Indicates that the order has been sent to the customer. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery of items sent via 1st Class Royal Mail. Items sent on a Guaranteed Next Working Day basis will be delivered by the end of the next working day (Mon-Fri).
Backorder - This status level determines that one or more products purchased may be delayed. Other items in the order may be shipped separately, further details will be stated in the order notes.
On Hold - There are a number of reasons why an order may have been placed On Hold although the most common reason is the need for extra security checks. If your order has been placed On Hold we advise that you contact us immediately via telephone on .
Cancelled - An order that has not been processed or dispatched.
